This is the super rare Oliver Peoples Victory sunglasses This is the first gen 2003 frames and are very rare. Most of the frames you see out there now are the Victory G which were released in 2014

They were made famous by the TV show Burn Notice where the main character Michael Weston wears these in every episode. This version is the same color frame as the show with the the lenses are plastic same as the pair he wore for the tv show so the color is the exact same 

Slight defect on one of the lenses does not effect the vision 

 

These usually sell for around $1,500 on eBay
